Mini Makers - Jelly Cat Creations

Let little imaginations run wild with our Jellycat inspired Mini Makers session!
Designed for children aged 4–10, this fun filled workshop gives little makers the chance to create their very own Jellycat inspired masterpiece using airdry clay while learning simple handbuilding techniques along the way.
Once they've finished, they'll take their creation home to dry before painting it with acrylic paints to add the final finishing touches.

Clay pieces, disposable aprons and towels will be provided for your course.Payment Terms:
Session fees are payable at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse attendance on the course if payment is not received prior to the course date.Name transfer:

Should you need to cancel your booking your cancellation must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Children's Play & Clay - Throw A Pot

Introduce your little one to the magic of pottery with our Little Throw a Pot experience!
Designed especially for children, this 45-minute hands-on session is the perfect opportunity to get messy, try something new and have a go at throwing on a real pottery wheel. With guidance from our tutors, they'll learn the basics of wheel throwing before creating their very own ceramic masterpiece.
Once their pot has been made, we'll glaze and kiln-fire it, ready for collection a few weeks later.
One pot is included in the session, with any additional pots available to purchase on the day for £5 each.

We can accommodate up to 10 people can be booked per session
Included is the cost to glaze and fire one pot per person, however most students do throw a few pots.
During the session choose your favourite pot that will then be fired and glazed.
Any additional pots can be fired at the cost of £5 per pot and can be purchased at the session.
The glazing and firing process of all pots takes approximately 6 weeks.
Notification regarding collection will be via email as soon as completed.Although not recommended due to the delicate nature of ceramics, delivery is possible at an additional cost via APC
